lets say they raise $20m, thats 10% dilution at current shareprice. But it makes sure we arent feeling time pressure of any loans so i think it is worth it.
With $20m we can pay out all loans and have cash left over.
Then we will have even more cash if Santos exercises their options to aquire Mahaloo up to 50%. Then even more $$$ if they aquire Mahaloo North up to 50%.
