the purchase is via full script at circa $0.40c. The SP Is circa 0.60c. Which is about 260mMC.
why would someone sell the quantity of shares with a strike price of $0.40c when they can sell at $0.60c on market and make 50% more.
once again - this stinks.
if this is what management do (CR before multiple material announcements)how can anyone think management have the chops to get a take over offer anywhere near NPV, let alone deliver a mine.
the only way this looks good for management is if they know something bad is coming and want to raise at high prices - but any other way you look at it this stinks!
