    i have been reading some recent SS and pea releases and realised that there capex is 40-50% of NPV which is alot 150-300mil capex. This has potential to be 20% capex in comparison to NPV. I get it not many people know about garnet but money is money. And beach minerals are so in demand with deficits widening.
