Funny thing is, I like it when SMN is in a trading halt it at least stops the price going down temporarily.
It will be funds based, I think they understand the mood in the room regarding shareholders kicking in.
I fear the discount will be min 15% to get anybody interested unless they can stump up a cornerstone investor.
I can see now why tey tried to go big early and in a sense Brian stuffed it while the share was running hot. If we raised the initial amount the share price would probably still be down in the dumps but we'd have a few years runway with cash.
They wont be able to stump much now so they arnt removing risk.

Another good reason to get rid of Brian, what was his motive for creating all this turmoil for the initial raise and why couldnt they raise enough on the third go!!!!!!
