Perhaps the board does need someone with financial acumen – or better than what is there now - as well as air industry experience.
I am supportive of this board but I suggest they have let us down here.
1. If the CR was to be limited to sophs then the initial advice note should have said so.
2. Given that the details of the offer is now public knowledge via those financial houses where is the company ASX note advising the details of this offer?
I shall not complain about the issue price – this price or close to it was available for anyone to buy on market over the past week or so and this is probably when they set the CR price.
