Drake deserves no seat on the board.
Drake can put their people forward like any shareholder and collectively we will weigh their character and integrity with the value of their skills and expertise that can be put to good use advancing the company.
Drake is entitled to cast it's 17 per cent of votes for its candidates. The remaining shareholders will determine whether Drake's candidates secure the 51 per cent of votes they need to get a seat at the table.
Drake can count my votes against right now.
