CR of 52c plus counting in the dilution will bring it down to the 40's imo. Spitting straight in the face of LT holders here.
With lithium sector red hot, they could have surely raised capital at a higher price or even at a premium.
Worst part is they aren't even offering existing SH with the chance to participate to.
Us SH got stuffed again.
