It's a shame, there was so much promise a couple/few years back. It seemed like they had good products and services but never managed to get to that cashflow positive status that they elluded to for a while now.
Hopefully this is the last time they need a CR for current holder's sake, but I wouldn't put my house on it based on their previous records...
