I make it 318,453,309 SOI now.
With NST having a 4.95% interest (strategically just under a substantial holder - no notice of change of holding required ((unless they buy more))) that gives them 15,763,439 shares.
That means they picked up ~9,159,499 shares and kicked in $1.648m

Although i note this:
A management fee of 1% on the gross proceeds of the Placement and a commission of 5% on $2.9 million of the
Placement
So maybe NST stumped up the other $2.1m and that's why no commission is being paid??
