here is what it goes on to say about Contingent Resouce
' Some contingencies affecting contingent resources are legal, regulatory, political, and economic and market access.
So the way i see it is that we dont actually have a drill permit approved in that area thats 100% BNL owned. We are expecting 4 apprivals but they are CONTINGENT upon the COGCC handing out the permits.
