Everything looking positive here, except the debt. 18% interest paid to the majority shareholder's loan. Minor shareholders will keep getting diluted until this company can organize some cheaper funding.
Surely a larger raising to pay down debt would be more beneficial to minor holders, but why would major holders support this?
