They have said they have two routes to get the permit both direct an indirect so a negative court case isnt the end of the road but i do believe the reason they haven't gone down the direct path is time frames. I'd imagin and only my 2c if it did get pushed back the direct route would add an easy 12 more months of shit... again only my 2c.
Seeing the ANN of late, the timing and precision, the constant refferal back to their legal advise I just cant see this being a negative... prob my own bias given monday is my bday an all.... what beter present
