I expect it will be positive. Huge pressure from up top across the EU to fast-track energy independence projects as its now becoming an existential threat to government survival across Europe especially in light of the Nordstream sabotage. In light of the absolute mess the EU got itself into energy wise, and while still committed to following US foreign policy, do they want their energy storage chemicals supply chain to depend on Russia's ally China or on Spain? These projects have far more imperative now.
