I'm not sure if stating the facts is downramping. I don't think so, however everyone is entitled to an opinion.
Regardless, I like the mine and its assets (I am a past holder) as long as the price is right. What I don't like is what I see all too often in the junior miners, the "oh by the way" negative disclosures by a company that, it appears, should have been flagged much earlier. This sort of behaviour certainly seems to come with some red flags to watch out for in the future.
As usual, the ASX is nowhere to be seen, but - after 40+ years trading the juniors - that is no surprise.
