    Disposal of asset doesn't have the same level of optimism as "offer for the project" but yeah I assume Seamus has knocked on every door and no one wants the sovereign risk.

    No one wanted it when money was free, I'll be interested to see what they get for it now rates are up.

    Note: took a 15% loss on this gamble
