    "CR Completion" Ann has cleared up my previous doubt.

    The offers to Insto didn't happen overnight and GF was aware of it way early then (infamously) dumped its holdings. Most likely, they would get back in recent CR at much cheaper price Or through different entity, their subsidiaries from China..

    SP rises or falls due to numerous factors.

    If we wanted to blame someone. it's GF who dragged SP down at our cost.

    Very dirty practise, we move on anyway..
