If the information is accurate it is more of a discount then I hoped for, but the current market is tough to raise funds in. Mark has so much skin in the game that you have to expect he has pushed hard for the best deal possible. Short term pain on paper for long term success. The silver lining being if it is instos they will more than likely flip for their margins, and some lucky people may get cheap shares.
