I completely disagree. Why on earth would you undertake a relatively large capital increase today at such a blatant discount if you seriously expect to conclude a binding off-take agreement at favourable terms within the next two months, which would represent a massive element of de-risk and was likely to give the share price a significant boost, and if you had serious ambitions for free cash injections from EU funding agencies in the foreseeable future? That is beyond my imagination. Unless we are on the verge of a financial blackout or MT fears that macro conditions will deteriorate massively by the end of November. I've been invested in Talga since early 2021, and I have to conclude again and again: The money would have been much better invested in any damn lithium company than in graphite companies in general and Talga in particular.
