The timeline posted earlier on this thread (which was created for the recent cap raise) suggests that they are expecting the reserve numbers this quarter or the next quarter. The GSA is expected in the first half of 2023. The reserve numbers may give more negotiating power for the potential GSA but not essential for a GSA.
