Hi OldGeo, I did notice that. I don’t have any additional colour that is not in the announcements. All I can deduce was one of the vague conditions precedent to the transaction was meeting ALL project demands over a 6 month period. Perhaps one was not met. The wording does sound fairly negative though.
But if you look at the annual report under likely developments they state that they expect it to close. My only take is there may be a delay. If it was something serious they’d have a separate announcement.
