    The instos were guaranteed shares at 2.0 cents. There never was a guarantee that shareholders would be able to purchase at 2.0 cents.

    Really? I've never heard of a "one raise per 12 months" rule before, and I've been a holder of many companies that raise multiple times per year. Can you point me to the relevant docs that support your statement? You're suggesting they can't do a rights issue either? Or an SPP dependent on a shareholder vote at an EGM?

    as a shareholder, what else do you want??
