Probably the best CR deal I have seen in recent times in a stock I hold. Ray, Mike and the board have put together a well thought out and well executed raise. With David Southam participating, all Board members will have skin in the game, and I assume larger SH players like Steve Parsons will increase their holdings. Plenty of cash for the upcoming field exploration and drilling. Trust that next CR will let retail in on the action.
