But I agree with CaptainBarnacles too. I think we'll all be burning candles to read with before there'll be an appetite to wind this thing back to even vaguely affordable.
Maybe the government will have to at least TRY and reduce the rorting to 10 or so billlion a year - and this might mean that smaller operators that can't viably scale the increased compliance will exit - leaving the properly run businesses to do the dispensing.
