    What has Newcastle got to do with it?
    Cheaper rent/property prices, a good pool of talent to employ at lower wages than the capital cities, less competition poaching staff so less staff turnover and from Ive seen NIB seems to be pretty well run by Newcastle management.
    So inyerested in hearing your thoughts on why being based in Newcastle is a negative.
