While a bit disappointed not to be in the running for 18 cent shares, the options are an interesting addition. Perhaps LRV are very confident in exceeding the strike price of 30 cents. If so then of course when they are converted there will be at least another $3 million in the coffers . 11,111,111 oppies converted will be another $3.3 million. Great deal for Sophisticated Investors and will no doubt be oversubscribed. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.
