Yep as expected another crap announcement. All these issues have been known for a long time by TNG. This should have been released at the time the company originally said it would update capex which was early Q2 of this year.
NB / regulators obviously forcing PB to get that notice of large capex increase out there which is required - so I do acknowledge that this was required. But the fact it has been continually delayed is the responsibility of PB alone. Quite frankly he should be stood down immediately and terminated with cause and investigated by the regulators for a lack of continuance disclosure amongst other things.
