QLD gov also tried on a super high land tax for interstate investors. It was actually passed into law and then recently repealed. IMO - Less corporate investment in Queensland will be very bad for the government and they will repeal these repressive ideas. BHP needs to keep saying this as loud as they can.
BTW: QLD gov don't know what they're doing. Tonight I learned some people alongside of a highway that built homes less than 3 years ago have just been informed their land will be relinquished for a highway.
