I'm a proud QLDer all my life. unfortunately it has gone from a freedom sun loving state, to a socialist, high tax, high compliance state and the people in power are buying votes with short sighted policies and laws/ compliance. they have been coming thick and fast in all aspects of life lately. eventually they will kill industry here and not sure what industry is going to fund their recklessness then. definitely not renewables.

i heard that same story yesterday, apparently one poor sod moved in and got told that afternoon don't get too comfortable...GC traffic is horrendous and only getting worse. i live in bne and visit frequently.
