Whilst I understand the need to play safe and raise cash (I'm kicking myself for not acting on the quarterly that showed miraculously a tiny amount over 2 quarters left of cash) it is extremely disappointing there was no SPP for shareholders. Even more so as 10%+ of the new raising cannot be ratified until the AGM on 23rd November so plenty of time for an SPP to have been done (I'll be voting against that particular motion in protest). I have a buy order in at 30c so we'll see. I would not have expected this behaviour from the board, I thought they were better than this.
