Leak is more understandable imo if there is also a cap raise involved. May have been a throw away line but there was a comment on one of the threads yesterday from a user suggesting a 'broker mate' knew there was an announcement coming.
This may have been the case if the broker (e.g. morgans) has also been tapped for the raise under the pretext of $ for $ funding requirement.
A leak is quite uncharacteristic for NVX so dont believe it would be on the companies side.
