Whilst even myself would be surprised if it was a capital raise, your comment is completely invalid. Cap raises - particularly when it comes to penny stocks and unprofitable meme stonks - almost always have a miraculous pump before the trading halt. That's one very nasty part of stock markets, its leaky ships and insider information/trading.
