I don't think so. All the analyst would be lined up for the teleconference and they would have made an announcement if it was put back. They might release both at the same time and lift the halt 10 minutes after trading begins. If not Shaun just won't answer any questions related to the TH.
The announcement says the company expects to make the announcement before trading begins on Friday so it's fast moving. Under the TH rules they have until Monday morning. I suspect Biden has a press conference planned on Friday US time.
