I will go for an offtake agreement with funding provided for the Vidalia expansion. Who knows? Someone like Tesla but if not, then in all probability a US company. Maybe a major vehicle manufacturer.
Go look at today's announcement by PEK. Similar arrangement except PEK has fallen into the embrace of a Chinese REE company.
I doubt if the Novonix announcement is an equivalent arrangement because there is no reference to "commercial" arrangements but maybe NVX just chose to word their announcement differently. If it is the same player who wants to secure anode supply using both natural and synthetic graphite then a big company is involved.
