As I highlighted in my comment on the performance shares issues, there is a good chance that GLN will publish outstanding news that will generate the performance shares tresholdes (was it 1.75$+?) - so that the whole thing is like an instant bonus for the directors (who might otherwise "miss out". If that is true, I can only see positives. We need valued and motivated directors if we want to become serious with production. At the same time, shareholder value is looked after as well. But let's see. DYOR!
