Full agree with this - TS does come across as somewhat of a wheeler dealer type, but I think that stems from him being at times proactive and innovative and exploring more creative options like a merger with a US listed SPAC to inject funds, and open up access to the US market.
Similarly creating company issued listed options - provides a means of raising additional capital along the way as investors exercise them.
These things can come across as conniving if you don't believe he has the best interests of the company and shareholders at heart, but if he does, then as you say these are just innovative and proactive strategies.
Jaded holders that bought in early and too high, and have got bored and sold for a loss are just that - jaded. There are NO lithium mines in europe, so clearly the path to being the first is paved with disapointment as many others have found. The fact that Tony has been on this journey with EUR since 2012 when they first acquired the mine suggests to me he has much better staying power than the bitter posters on here that instead should focus on improving either their patience or their timing.
If TS nails this binding offtake, I think the share price will be on the right track, and it is likely that will see the SPAC merger go through.
Then with funding in place, and an existing mine with a licence, there aren't too many reasons why this thing might not be a goer.
Of course if the BMW deal falls flat or is extended as non binding, and the DFS doesnt get delivered in Q1 23 then I may re-evaluate things.

Clock is ticking, and the SP is firming up.
