They dont have a choice, they dont have the cash to even see if rentpay works. Yes rent boom is ending, but recession starting and people might be looking for ways to save - e.g. the $5 with origin.
What I am confused about is why they didnt push for a bigger credit raise in January, maybe they thought their share price would be higher?
Last one was bought by top 20 shareholders for 6.1c and the shareprice dropped over the next weeks, so hopefully this one doesnt hurt as much.
