    Better be a take over at a SIGNIFICANT premium. But wording of TH suggests - to me anyway- a sale of mana interests. Perhaps monied funds from US want some kanga having missed the mana opportunity when sold to gl1 and just want cash. Term sheet will leak soon but if not then perhaps a full takeover. Exciting times
