Interesting that BRB has yet to make an announcement on the transaction (given that GL1 already has).

Throw in that BRB was under no compulsion to sell, could have hung onto its free carry for quite some time yet.

It suggests that there is something bigger cooking that this cash is the enabler for. Will be disappointing if they announce simply they have an extra $60m in the bank, but ot would not surprise if what they announce is somewhat more interesting in totality.
