You both make very good points, and it does seem odd that BRB haven't announced whereas GL1 have. The pricing seems to have been struck for a quick sale, like they need the money now. As you say JD it will be sad if the deal is for no other reason than bank it, but unfortunately, I tend to think that is what they have done.
