I am totally preplexed as to the urgency to sell Manna and the 7 mill GL1 shares. I honestly hope the company has a bloody good plan as to why they need all this cash right now, unless armageddon is around the corner why the urgency. The GL1 shares and 20% Manna was a strategic stake and was not going to go away. Was this a defensive play to ward off T/O from GL1 or Min Res, I hope not. I am waiting with bated breath as to the announcment coming out of BRB regarding this transaction.
