Most capital raising are based on the average of the last 15 days or so. This is to stop ramping up or down. Given the recent market movement, the average is probably 4.5 to 4.6c. The price usually at a reasonable discount so 4 is probably right.
Getting it done quickly is probably more important than the price in this market. I'm hearing about big discounts or not being able to raise.
