Scottm...you are always ptetty well informed here...what are we looking at...placement to a large customer with additional offtake? or genuine cap raise where cronimet underwrite...and gain an easy dilutionary increase from holders that dont participate...at a discount to market.the first i am not too concerned...the second confirms why there is a lack of confidence in this stock.
