Assuming its an Institutional Placement , as per usual the "takers"will have been told that the purported $1.73 price is "value" , otherwise Bellpotter haven't got sufficient story to get it away .
And based on the Quarterly , you would think there is sufficient smoke to say that some off take Agreements to build on the 10 ton aren't far away .
AGM is on the 28th November . After a really let down year , where the constant robot Trading by the Shorters have destroyed the price ( smart shorts have read the delays and unfulfilled blue sky targets promised by the previous MD ) , one would think that IG would want to front the AGM with some positive news.
Corporate Presentation today ...was a reality check on time . I didn't see any changes to the revenue Projections to either KMP or Toongi ( Dubbo ) ...but the reality of timing ( respectively) 18 months out for KMP until revenue flows and 54 months to Toongi start up , are what the Market hates , and shorts love !
Goodness only knows what the world looks like , in 12 months ..let alone 4 years !
Lets hope $1.73 sets a base ...but as usual , if the market is in a foul mood , prices generally sink below the Issue price before reverting !
The Announcemnet will need to have some substance ..or before the AGM some better news will need to emerge ..or buyers will get another opportunity to add ...if they are game ..at $1.73 or lower .
Whether this becomes an absolute bargain ....or a sucker punch ..will be up to each investor to evaluate !
ASM under the previous MD ..over "projected"( not committed) ...but well and truly under performed .
