Here are the visuals for that time period. Significant share price destruction, this is not sector, not macro, not the shorts, this is something else. Some serious selling after the AGM, heading into the announcement of Dubbo optimisation on the 7th December 2021.
So-
Announcements evident of a declining change in tone and style from management during the period;
Trend and consistency of announcements from the MD slows significantly during the period.
The rise of Rowena evident during that period, not that long after her appointment, a rise for what mind you... as far as we knew the then MD was still calling the shots; and
The share price during the period fell from approximately $14 to $3.26.
Yet nothing to see here. No issue with the then MD, he keeps on signing the announcements, a discreet shift from the 2025 vision in a presentation not a standalone announcement, no material reason to offload. Yet many did. Why?
