Since the company announced this as their forward looking statement it is along these lines I expect the terms of the "material" capital raising to be in agreement.
If instead it is a capital raising based on the current SP and therefore well below the intrinsic value of the company I will feel thoroughly misled and let down. However, it would be uncharacteristic for the management to disappoint in such a manner.
