A fairly common scenario with offtakes agreements is that they are contingent on the company having X quarters of working capital or similar conditions around financial viability. That's best case scenario for this raise. Alternatively we are struggling to find buyers for the product and are expecting to be sending out sample material for some time and not expecting any significant revenue. I certainly didn't nail the timing in my re-entry but am still comfortable if seeing a return over the multi year timeline I mentally committed to
