Correct, if a mine is going ahead it will need capital. Previous estimates noted around $560k but what is not known is where it will come from and what is the mix, my guess three areas, 1. Off take partners 2. Sophisticated investors private placement and 3. Existing shareholders. The mix should also include high level banking facilities. Don't forget the government of OZ both state and federal and perhaps USA funding organizations exciting times!!
