I am not saying the acquisition is bad. I am saying that organic growth is not high in the last 3-6 months and this is something to keep an eye on.

I am also saying that 98% YoY can be a misleading figure to use without proper analysis as to why this has occurred. Can you be sure that NOV continues to acquire businesses that double it’s revenue every financial year? What happens when it doesn’t? Do we continue to see revenue decline until a new acquisition then? If so, i’ll sell my shares right now.

A business should be able to grow both organically and through acquisitions. The former, seems to have not been occurring over the last 3-6 months and I was simply raising that this is slightly concerning and to keep an eye on how it progresses over the next 3-6 months.
