Is it possible that they may have wanted to put a hold on the SP, if a potential CR is looming, with news of rising interest rates and markets taking a dive yesterday? I am not heavily experienced but perhaps they just want to use the potential reasoning of upcoming news to put a hold on trading? Is that allowable/sensible?
