I do no think this is a CR because as at 30th Sept quarter end they had over $2m available in cash and their Swanson Feasibility Study results for the tantalum project is expected soon. Even assuming they wanted to raise funds logic suggests that they would do this after this announcement that is likely to be good consequently de-risking the tantalum project and enable raising funds at a higher share price.
The current burn rate is roughly $600,000 per quarter but this may change.
